1. Can I book online? 

Of course! Booking online is easy and fast, the only thing you need to do is fill in the form "Book online" to see availability and prices. We guarantee you our best offer. 

2. Do I have to give a credit card to book? 

Yes, the credit card is requested for every booking. It will be used as an assurance, no charges will be made unless in case of missing cancellation.  

3. How do I know my reservation is confirmed? 

At the end of the booking process, you will receive an e-mail automatically sent with the confirmation number. You can print it or just take a note of the number. 

4. What are the terms of cancellation? 

The terms of cancellation are clearly specified for evey prices or promotion in the booking form. 

5. How do I cancel my reservation? 

It is easy: in the booking form, out the confirmation number to cancel your reservation. You will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation. 

6. Is the cancellation free? 

Cancellation must be made 7 days before the arrival day, in this case it is free. 

While booking, there will be a 30% debit which will be returned in the case of cancellation before 7 days. 

If the cancellation is made in the 7 days before the arrival day, the penalty is the 30% debit, taken at the moment of booking. 

In case of "no show", the penalty is 100%, the cost of the enitre holiday. 

7. Which services do the price include? 

The price includes breakfast buffet, Internet WiFi, parking lot for your car, beach umbrella and 2 sun beds, access to our heated pool, the use of our bicycles, access to our fitness room. 

If you stay more than 3 days, a midday break is included. 

8. Which languages do the staff of Hotel Napoleon speak?

9. When are the check-in and check-out made? 

Check-in is possible between 2pm and 9pm, check-out at 10am. However, our time is flexible: please contact us if you arrive or leave at different time. Our hotel is open 24h. You can leave your luggage in our hotel if you leave later than 10 am, or arrive before check-in. 

10. What happens if I arrive late? 

Check-in is possible until 9pm. In case of late arrival, contact us: we will be glad to wait for you. The reception is open 24/7. 

11. Which credit cards do you accept? 

We accept the most important cards of Visa circuit: Visa, MasterCard, Carta Si, Maestro. 

12. Do you haave a parking lot?

Yes, we have a free parking lot, directly beside the hotel. 

13. Can I surf in the Internet? 

With your laptop you can surf everywhere thanks to our fast Internet WiFi. 

14. Do you have Tv Sat? 

Yes, we have 45 satellite international channels, with entertaining programs, sport and information. 

15. Do you have a café? And a restaurant? 

The hotel offers a café with small aperitif, digestive, coffee, various drinks and little snacks. It is open every day from 7am to 12pm. 

The hotel offers a restaurant where you can have a relaxing dinner. At midday, we offer all our guests a little lunch break, in our frontsea terrace.  

16. Do you accept animals? 

Little pets are welcome together with their owners with a little extra of 10,-€ per day. 

17. How do I get to the hotel? 

You can reach us in different ways: 

CAR: exit the motorway in the tollbooth Mestre, Noventa di Piave, Cessalto, Latisana and Meolo, then follow the directions for Jesolo Lido. 

AUTOBUS: you can take buses from all directions and get off in every bus stops at Jesolo station near Picchi Stadium, 400 mt far from us, or directly at Jesolo bus station. When you arrive here, call us and we will manage to pick you up to our Hotel. In the same way, on your departure day we will bring you back to the station. 

TRAIN: there are two railway stations near Jesolo: Mestre (45 km) and San Donà di Piave (17 km). From there you could take the bus (direction: Lido di Jesolo) which stops 400 mt from our hotel. When you arrive, call us and then we will take you to the hotel. The day of departure you can ask us to bring you to the bus station.  

PLANE: Venice’s airport Marco Polo in Tessera, is only 30 km from us, and Treviso’s airport is only 45 km far away. You could choose a taxi service stopping at Jesolo station 400 mt from us. As soon as you arrive in Jesolo station, just call us and we will manage to pick you up to the Hotel. In the same way, on the departure date we will take care of your trip to the station. 

BOAT: there is also the possibility to reach the hotel by boat.  Jesolo Turistic Harbour is just 6 km away. When you arrive, don't hesitate to call us: we will call you a taxi, or give you the right directions to reach the hotel. 

18. Do you organize transfer from/to the airport? 

We can book for you a transfer service with private car and driver for every destination. 

19. Which services do the rooms have? 

All rooms are equipped with a balcony with sea view, orthopedic mattresses, safe, Tv Sat, telephone, Internet WiFi, air conditioning, fan, minibar and Hydro Massage shower. 

20. Which is the nearest railway station? 

The nearest railway stations are Mestre (48 Km) and San Donà di Piave (20km). 

21. Which is the nearest airport? 

Venezia Marco Polo is the nearest airport (34 km). Treviso Venezia is also not so far (50km).

The nearest bus stop is at about 200 m from our hotel.
