Ten tabs open, ten hotels in Jesolo. The same overhead shot of the pool, the same promise of relaxation. By the sixth tab, you’ve already forgotten which one included parking, and the photos, each lovelier than the last, leave the most important question unanswered: which of them is right for you?
Every traveller has their own idea of the seaside and the perfect stay. That’s why we’d like to show you Hotel Napoleon in Jesolo as it really is, so that when you arrive, you already feel a little at home.
An adults-only beachfront hotel, a stone’s throw from the centre

Jesolo is best known as a destination for families with children, and it has plenty of places to stay designed for them. Hotel Napoleon, on the other hand, has chosen to be the town’s first adults-only beachfront hotel, welcoming guests aged 12 and over.
We’re a 4-star superior hotel right on the seafront at Lido di Jesolo, on Via Bafile, one of the longest pedestrianised streets in Europe. The beach, with its fine sand, lies right in front of the hotel. Behind it, the centre begins, with restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance, even in flip-flops. The sea and the town centre together, without having to pick one over the other.
At reception you’ll find the Visentin family, who have run the hotel since 1975. From the very first day, you know who you’re talking to: people who have known this place all their lives and who you can turn to throughout your holiday. Elisabeth, an Austrian guest, picked out two details in her Google review: on arrival, the family greeted her ‘with a handshake’, and ‘by the third day, the lady serving us already remembered our preferences’. You’ll find more reviews like hers in At home from the very first smile.
Who is Hotel Napoleon in Jesolo for?

Our hotel is designed for anyone looking for a seaside holiday where they’ll feel looked after in a discreet, thoughtful way, with the right balance between relaxing and having fun. And our services make everything easier and more carefree. Our guests are couples, solo travellers, groups of friends and people who know exactly what they want from a stay. Everyone finds their own way to enjoy the hotel.
For couples
For a couple, Hotel Napoleon is a place to celebrate an anniversary or enjoy a surprise that’s been weeks in the making, in one of our bright suites overlooking the sea.
In-room breakfast, available as an extra for that special touch, lets you enjoy your first coffee of the day on your balcony. For some downtime together, you can book the hot tub on the first floor, with the water at 32°C and the bubbles setting the scene for chatter and laughter. An aperitivo on the seafront terrace is the loveliest way to raise a glass together before heading out for dinner.
For solo travellers
If you’re travelling solo, Hotel Napoleon has a room waiting for you with a small double or double bed and a direct or side view of the sea. Chances to chat crop up without you having to look for them: around the pool table in the games room, where the sharp crack of cue on ball always draws a few onlookers, or over a drink on the terrace. And when you’d rather have some time to yourself, hop on one of the hotel’s bikes and the whole of Jesolo is yours to explore, with the sea air on your face.
For groups of friends
A holiday with friends starts with choosing the rooms: triples and quads, some of them interconnecting, so you can stay close while still having your own space. The fun is all around you: as well as the sea, just a few steps from the hotel there’s Via Bafile, with its shops and bars where you can meet up for an aperitivo. When dinner time comes round, we’ll book a table for the whole group. Then the evening can carry on at the hotel, with a game of table football in the games room, cheered on by whoever’s waiting for their turn, or out enjoying Jesolo’s nightlife. On request, we can also get tickets for shows and attractions, so all that’s left is to enjoy each other’s company.
For travellers who know what they’re looking for
If your children have grown up and you’ve travelled enough to know exactly what you want from a holiday, at Hotel Napoleon you’ll find everything you need to plan your days your own way, with the Visentin family and their team on hand with advice whenever you need it. Meeting new people comes naturally here, between a swim in the pool and a chat with whoever’s under the next parasol.
Venice (45 kilometres away), Treviso and Padua are all easy day trips, and at reception we’ll help you put together an itinerary. If you love golf, we have a partnership with Golf Club Jesolo, and if you have specific dietary requirements, just let us know and we’ll tailor your breakfast to suit you.
What all our guests share is the pleasure of having plenty to choose from every day, with Jesolo and all its buzz right on the doorstep. If you’re after seclusion and unspoilt nature, far from it all, you’d be better off looking at a different kind of place. But if you’d like a quiet hotel in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, with the centre and its attractions just a few steps away, Hotel Napoleon is the place for you.
A day at Hotel Napoleon, from breakfast to evening

At Hotel Napoleon, the day follows the rhythm of the sea, from breakfast through to dinner out. Here’s a taste of it. If you’d like to experience it moment by moment, we’ll walk you through the whole day in A day on holiday at Hotel Napoleon.
In the morning, the buffet mixes sweet and savoury, with fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and several kinds of bread. At the bar, the barista makes your coffee or cappuccino with a smile and a ‘good morning’, and the aroma drifts all the way to the tables. On sunny days you can have breakfast on the terrace, with the whole day still to enjoy.
Then it’s down to the beach, where your parasol and sun loungers are reserved for you for your entire stay, whatever time you decide to turn up. The seabed slopes gently, with shallow water for several metres, ideal for a swim or a stroll along the water’s edge.
On your last day, after check-out, you can keep your spot for one last dip before heading home: it’s an extra service, subject to availability.
Also on the beachfront is the pool, heated to around 29°C and shimmering with its small blue and gold tiles under the gaze of the Napoleonic statues around its edge. It’s a quiet, sheltered spot, perfect even on days when the sea is a little cooler.

Halfway through the day, for stays of three nights or more, the midday break is included: a small buffet of homemade nibbles, seasonal fruit and a few dishes of the day. It’s the perfect moment to rest in the shade, with your hair still damp and salt on your skin.
The afternoon is yours: a workout in the gym, a few hours browsing Jesolo’s shops or a trip out of town, with the bus stop for Venice about a ten-minute walk away. You’ll find plenty more ideas in our guide to where to go for a day out in Jesolo. Your car, meanwhile, stays in the hotel’s private car park, and for the rest of your holiday you can almost forget you’ve got it.
In the evening, you’re free to eat anywhere in the town centre. If you like, we’ll suggest the place that best suits your taste and book you a table at one of our partner restaurants. After dinner, a stroll along the pedestrianised street brings you back to the hotel.
Open the windows for one last look at the horizon and, as our guest Elisabeth wrote, ‘the sea gently murmurs: how lovely to have you here!’
Now you know what to expect at Hotel Napoleon: a seafront holiday designed around you. Whether you’re coming on your own, as a couple or with friends, the Visentin family’s hospitality will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
