Can I book online?

Of course! Booking online is simple and fast, you just have to fill in your info on the ‘book online’ form in order to see availability and prices in real time. We guarantee you the best price you’ll find online.

Do I need to give you my credit card details in order to book?

Yes, we do ask for credit card details for every booking. It is used as a guarantee, no money will be taken unless there is a cancellation.

How do I know when my booking has been confirmed?

At the end of the booking you will receive an automatically generated email with your booking number, you can print it or simply write down the number.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is clearly stated for each rate or promotion specified in the booking form.

How can I cancel my booking?

It’s simple, on the booking form, insert your booking number in order to continue with the cancellation. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Does it cost anything to cancel?

If the cancellation is done at least 7 days prior the arrival date then it is free. At the time of booking, 30% will be charged, this will however be refunded should the booking be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the arrival date then the 30% which was charged at the booking will be kept as a penalty payment. Where there is a no-show (when no one arrives without letting us know beforehand) the penalty is the price of the whole stay.

What services are included in the price?

The price includes a buffet breakfast, wifi internet connection, parking for your car or motorbike, a space on the beach, access to the heated pool, use of bicycles and access to the gym.

If the stay is of at least three nights, lunch is included too.

How do we arrive at the hotel?

You can join us by:

CAR: exit the motorway at Mestre, Noventa di Piave, Cessalto, Latisana and Meolo, then follow the directions to Jesolo Lido.
BUS: wherever you are coming from, all buses stop at the Jesolo station near the Picchi stadium, just 400 metres away from the Hotel Napoleon. Once there, you can phone us and we will come and pick you up to take you to the hotel. The same applies to when you leave, we will take you back to the station.
TRAIN: there are two train stations near Jesolo and the Hotel Napoleon: Mestre S. Lucia (Venice) which is 45 kilometres away and San Donà di Piave which is 17 kilometres away. There is then a bus service which will take you to the Jesolo Station just 400 metres from us. Once there, you can phone us and we will come and pick you up to take you to the hotel. The same applies to when you leave, we will take you back to the station.
AIRPLANE: Venice’s airport, Marco Polo a Tessera, is just 30 kilometres from here. Treviso’s airport is just 45 kilometres from the Hotel Napoleon in Jesolo Lido. From there you can get a taxi or a bus which stops at the Jesolo Station just 400 metres from us. Once there, you can phone us and we will come and pick you up to take you to the hotel. The same applies to when you leave, we will take you back to the station.
BOAT: for those you wish to arrive by sea, the Porto Turistico of Jesolo has numerous parking spaces for boats and is just 6 kilometres from the Hotel Napoleon. You can rent a car or join us by bus. Once you have arrived in Jesolo, do not hesitate to call us. We will be happy to come and meet you and the station and take you back to the hotel.

Do you organise travel to and from the airport?

We can take care of booking you a transfer service with a private car and driver for whatever destination you wish.

What services are the rooms equipped with?

All rooms have a charming balcony with either a frontal or lateral view of the sea. The rooms have orthopedic beds, a safe, satellite tv, phone, internet connection, air conditioning, ceiling fans, minibar and a hydromassage shower.

What is the nearest station called and how far is it from your hotel?

20The closest train stations to Jesolo are: Mestre – Santa Lucia (48 km) or San Donà di Piave (20 km).

Which is the closest airport?

The closest airport is Venice Marco Polo, which is 34 km from the Hotel Napoleon of Jesolo.

How far is the hotel from the closest bus station?

The closest bus station is 200 metres from our hotel.

What languages do the staff of Hotel Napoleon speak?

Italian, English, German, French, Portuguese, Hungarian.

At what time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2pm to 9pm, check-out by 10am. You may however leave your luggage at the hotel should you arrive earlier than the check-in time.

Furthermore we ask you to let us know if you already know that you will arrive or leave at times different to our check-in and check-out schedule. The hotel is open 24/7.

What happens if I arrive late?

Check-in is available until 9pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive later we kindly ask you to contact the hotel in order to make arrangements.

The reception is open 24/7.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all main credit cards on the Visa circuit: Visa, MasterCard, Carta Si, Maestro.

Do you have a car park?

With your laptop or electronic devices you can connect to our free wifi services from the bedrooms and communal areas.

Do you have satellite tv?

Yes, we have around 45 satellite channels in various languages. With programmes varying from entertainment to news. We also have digital terrestrial channels.

Is there a bar? And a restaurant?

The hotel also has an indoor restaurant where you can enjoy dinner and take advantage of the half board services.

For anyone who wishes you may enjoy lunch on our terrace in front of the sea.

Do you accept pets?

Small pets are welcome with their owners for a small fee of 10 euros per day.

Is it possible to rent a car?

Yes, near the hotel you can find all the main car rental agencies.

Our staff is available to rent for you the most suitable vehicle.

How far is the hotel from the most important museums and more famous attractions of the city?

Hotel Napoleon is 45 km from Venice, 67 km from Padova and 43 km from Treviso. Cities rich in history, museums and sightseeing spots.

Can the hotel staff book tickets for city visits and excursions?

The Hotel Napoleon staff is more than happy to suggest the most beautiful tourist itineraries and book tickets for museums, Veneto villas, boat excursions on the Brenta, attractions and monuments in cities such as Venice, Padova, Treviso, and attractions in Jesolo such as the Golf Club, Aqualandia, etc.

Is it possible to receive help from the hotel staff in booking restaurants?

Yes, our staff is more than happy to suggest the best restaurants and the most characteristic osterie in Jesolo Lido, where you can try the typical dishes of the Veneto region. They can also book for you at the restaurant or osteria of your choice.

How can I check availability for train tickets, check the itinerary and book tickets?

We advise you to check on www.trenitalia.com, where you can find all the information you need on train journeys and can book tickets with a credit card. Our staff however remains available for you.

Is it possible to have a room with a terrace?

Yes, all our rooms have a balcone. Some have bigger terraces. Please request more information when you contact the reception when booking.


Where is the Hotel Napoleon exactly?

Hotel Napoleon’s optimum position means you can reach us in short times from interesting places such as Venice and its islands (Murano, Burano and Torcello), Padova and Treviso, and the whole Brenta Riviera.

It is near the intersections of important highways both in Veneto and nationally such as the Milano-Trieste A4, the Strada Statale Romea and the Padova-Bologna A13.

Furthermore, its position in Jesolo Lido is surely one of the best: in front of the sea and a short distance from Piazza Marconi, an elegant area rich in shops and helpful information.
